MoneyGement by Deve-Loops1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Deve-Loops, the developer of MoneyGement: Money Manager. By downloading, installing, or using MoneyGement, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MoneyGement.
2. Service and licence
MoneyGement provides tools for recording accounts and transactions, tracking savings, viewing reports, scheduling reminders, creating exports, using optional AI assistance, and protecting data with an optional cloud account. Cloud, AI, exchange-rate, and advertising features may depend on network access, provider availability, account status, credits, or applicable limits.
Deve-Loops grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use MoneyGement according to these Terms. The app, brand, design, and original content remain the property of Deve-Loops and its licensors.
3. Your records and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you enter, the accounts you select, AI proposals you confirm, exchange rates you override, files you import, and exports you share. Review transactions, transfers, accounts, budgets, savings goals, reminders, and reports before relying on them.
Keep appropriate backups. Device loss, storage failure, app reset, uninstall, or operating-system actions may permanently remove local records. Deve-Loops cannot recover data that exists only on your device.
4. Informational use only
MoneyGement is a record-keeping and organizational tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, credit, banking, or insurance advice. Calculations, AI responses, reports, and third-party exchange rates may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Obtain qualified professional advice where appropriate.
5. AI assistance
AI responses may contain mistakes and are not professional advice. MoneyGement requires review and confirmation before an AI proposal changes financial records. You remain responsible for checking every proposal, amount, currency, account, date, category, and result. Do not submit passwords, PINs, complete bank credentials, or unlawful content.
6. Third-party services and advertising
MoneyGement relies on operating-system features and third-party services for authentication, cloud storage, AI, advertising, exchange rates, biometrics, notifications, files, backups, and sharing. Their availability, content, and terms are controlled by their providers. Advertising or AI content is not an endorsement by Deve-Loops.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse MoneyGement, probe or bypass its security, access another person’s account or data without permission, automate abusive requests, interfere with the service, violate intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, or use the app for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity. Deve-Loops may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or comply with law.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and explains MoneyGement’s data practices. You must process, export, back up, and share information about other people lawfully and with appropriate permission.
9. Availability and changes
MoneyGement is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deve-Loops does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, permanent availability of a feature, or error-free calculations or third-party rates. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for security, legal, provider, technical, or product reasons.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deve-Loops is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of MoneyGement, reliance on its calculations or AI output, loss of local data, or use of an export or third-party service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Ending use
You may stop using MoneyGement at any time. You can delete a cloud account from Settings and separately remove the app and exported files. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions, remain effective.
12. Apple App Store terms
If you obtain MoneyGement through Apple’s App Store, these Terms are between you and Deve-Loops, not Apple. Deve-Loops is responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, support, and applicable product claims. Your licence is non-transferable and limited to Apple-branded products you own or control as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules, including permitted Family Sharing.
If MoneyGement fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund any purchase price paid for the app. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce this section.
13. Google Play terms
If you obtain MoneyGement through Google Play, your use is also subject to applicable Google Play terms. These Terms remain between you and Deve-Loops. Google is not responsible for MoneyGement, its content, maintenance, support, or app-related claims except where Google’s own terms or applicable law expressly provide otherwise.
14. General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning MoneyGement unless separate written terms apply. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary and the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
