MoneyGement by Deve-Loops1. Developer and scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the MoneyGement: Money Manager mobile application developed by Deve-Loops. Deve-Loops is the controller for personal data it receives or determines how to process. Privacy questions may be sent to support@deve-loops.com.
MoneyGement can operate locally without a cloud account. Deve-Loops cannot access financial records that remain only on your device. Optional cloud protection, AI chat, advertising, support, sign-in, and exchange-rate features send the information described below to the relevant service providers.
2. Information MoneyGement handles
Local financial data may include account names, account types, balances, currencies, transactions, categories, notes, budgets, savings goals, reminders, preferences, and generated reports. This information remains on your device unless you deliberately enable cloud protection, submit relevant information to MoneyGement AI, export or share a file, or contact support.
If you create a cloud account, MoneyGement processes your authentication user ID, email address, display name where available, sign-in provider, cloud entitlement information, and the encrypted-in-transit backup data needed to protect and restore your MoneyGement workspace.
If you use MoneyGement AI, the request may include your message, recent chat context, and only the financial context you enabled under Manage data access. Voice input is converted into editable text before it is submitted as a request. Do not include passwords, PINs, complete bank credentials, or information that is unnecessary for the request.
If you contact support, Deve-Loops receives the email address, message, attachments, and diagnostic details you choose to send.
3. How information is used
Information is used to calculate balances, organize transactions, track savings, create reports, schedule reminders, apply preferences, restore backups, authenticate cloud accounts, protect cloud copies, answer AI requests, prevent abuse, provide support, and deliver limited advertising.
Financial records are not provided to advertising providers and are not used by MoneyGement to build advertising profiles.
4. Service providers
MoneyGement uses Supabase for optional authentication and protected cloud copies; Google and Apple when you choose their sign-in services; the MoneyGement backend hosted through GoDaddy and OpenAI for AI requests; Unity LevelPlay, ironSource, and mediated ad networks for advertising; and the United Nations Treasury public feed for exchange rates.
These providers receive the normal network and device information required to deliver their services. Google or Apple sign-in shares the identity and profile fields you approve with Supabase and MoneyGement. Provider privacy terms also apply to information those providers independently receive.
5. Advertising and tracking
Deve-Loops does not sell or rent personal or financial information. MoneyGement includes the Unity LevelPlay advertising SDK and requests limited or non-personalized ad treatment until an appropriate consent choice is available.
Advertising providers may process IP address, device and advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics, approximate location derived from IP, and ad events under their own policies. MoneyGement does not send account names, balances, transactions, notes, or savings goals to advertising providers.
6. Security
MoneyGement uses platform security features, encrypted network connections, authentication controls, row-level cloud access policies, secure local credential storage, and in-app confirmation before AI-proposed changes are saved. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device, email account, Apple ID, Google account, and MoneyGement credentials protected.
7. Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you edit or delete them, reset the app, uninstall it, or the operating system removes its storage. A cloud account and its active cloud data remain until you delete that account in MoneyGement or they are removed under applicable retention rules.
Deleting a cloud account in MoneyGement removes the authentication user and associated active cloud data. Limited residual copies may temporarily remain in provider backups, security logs, or legal records until their retention periods expire. Deleting a cloud account leaves the local device copy intact. Reset all data removes local records and credentials but does not by itself close a cloud account. You must separately delete exported copies from wherever you stored them.
8. Your choices and rights
You can use MoneyGement locally without creating an account, control the financial context available to AI, decline optional permissions, export or reset local data, sign out, and delete a cloud account from Settings without contacting support.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to a data-protection authority. Email support@deve-loops.com for a request concerning information received by Deve-Loops. We may request limited information to verify the request.
9. Children
MoneyGement is a general-audience financial record-keeping tool and is not directed to children under 13. Deve-Loops does not knowingly collect online personal information from a child under 13. If local law sets a higher age for valid consent, that higher age applies. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal information to Deve-Loops should contact us for review and deletion where required.
10. International processing
Cloud, AI, advertising, support, sign-in, and exchange-rate providers may process information on infrastructure outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. Where required, Deve-Loops relies on an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, or another permitted transfer mechanism.
11. Policy changes
This policy may be updated when MoneyGement features, providers, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be shown with a revised effective date. Review this page after important app updates.
